PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Low, Shoulder, Mid
- 50% non-refundable deposit due within 7 days of making the booking.
- Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
- No refund applies for cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date.
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival date require full payment at time of making the booking. A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date.
Peak
- 25% non-refundable deposit required at time of making the booking.
- 25% non refundable part payment due 1st August for Christmas bookings and 1st November for Easter bookings.
- Non-refundable full payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival date require full payment at time of making the booking. A 100% cancellation fee applies.
